Admission Policy

Children of all ages engage in many exciting activities to help them develop awareness of themselves, their connection with others as members of a larger community, and of their special relationship with God. By fostering a loving and nurturing environment, we assist parents in developing in their children a Christian way of life based on Christ’s invitation to always do the loving thing.

Admission Policy

Saint Philip School admits qualified students of any race, color, gender, ethnicity, national origin, or disability (if reasonable accommodations can be assumed by the school). Enrollment is open to children from all faith traditions, Catholic and non-Catholic alike. Parents submit an admissions application and applicants complete grade-level specific assessments.

In addition, all prospective parents participate in an informational tour as well as a family interview with our Principal. Admission to Grades K through 8 is based on recommendations, academic record, and the grade-level assessments.

A recommendation form completed by a student’s current teacher is required for admission to the lower grades, while at least two recommendations are required for admission to grades 6 through 8 from two separate teachers (current and a second teacher). These forms can be downloaded from our registration page.

School uniforms are required in grades K-8 and are available for purchase through Flynn O’Hara.
